Uwoo
I am a big fans of demi lovato now
really~ she is soooo talented and has a kind heart.. and I have just gotten this news.. wanna share :3
'A couple of months before I went to rehab, I had a birthday party and there were a couple of hundred people there,' she told the UK's Company magazine.
'It was full of people who I considered my closest friends.'
But they failed to come to her aid.
'When I turned my phone on after being in rehab for three months, I expected lots of text messages and phone calls. I had four texts. That was a wake-up call.'

Personal Quotes
I chose to leave public school. I was kind of bullied . . . Everyone signed a petition that said, "We all hate Demi Lovato".
[on Joe Jonas] He is my best friend. He has always been my best friend.
The only thing I could see myself doing is music - songwriting or producing or something. I've never seen myself being in any other business, I've been working in this one since I was 5 years old! I could do other things, but I wouldn't want to.
[on her role in Camp Rock (2008) (TV)] It was a confidence booster. My character and I both like to rock out and now we're not afraid to!
[on Miley Cyrus] She's my best friend, so you better watch out. I will defend her for the rest of my life.
[a message to her fans after leaving a rehabilitation center] The journey that I have been on had been very, very difficult over the past few months. I was dealing with issues that I know not only girls just my age but of all ages are dealing with. People that are probably watching this video right now are dealing with the issues that I had to and I hope to one day raise awareness of everything. I can't tell you how much light you guys brought into my life in probably the darkest time of my life. Without you guys, I wouldn't be here today. I wanted to let you guys know that I'm excited to get back to work.
Yes, there have been times when I definitely have been tempted to get rid of my dinner. But I will deal with it for the rest of my life because it's a life-long disease. I don't think there's going to be a day when I don't think about food or my body, but I'm living with it, and I wish I could tell young girls to find their safe place and stay with it.
If you are going through that dark period, go to your family and closest friends. Don't put yourself in danger. It's very crucial that you get your feelings out - but don't ever inflict harm on your own body because your body is so sacred. I wish I could tell every young girl with an eating disorder, or who has harmed herself in any way, that she's worthy of life and that her life has meaning. You can overcome and get through anything.
(on her friend Selena Gomez) Selena and I hadn't spoken in a long time. We just had some issues that we had to deal with. But the day I went into treatment I get a phone call from her and she was the one sobbing on the phone. She was like, 'Are you OK? I've been crying non-stop. Are you sure you're OK?' And, all issues aside, I started crying too and I'm like, 'Yes, I'm OK.'
(on Miley Cyrus) She sent me a Christmas present and that meant a lot to me because I didn't get Christmas presents in there (rehab)... I just have incredible friends.
[on whether she'll focus more on music, movies or TV in the future] I think I'm gonna stick with the combination. I get bored pretty easily. I can't do one or the other. I wanna continue to work as hard as I can. You'll see me all over.
[on her third album, Unbroken] [It will] show my true colors. I think it's finally the album that I've always wanted to make but I've never had the time to.
[on The Beatles song "Yesterday"] This song brings up so many memories and emotions because the lyrics are truly heartfelt and written with such incredible feeling in each word. The Beatles are such an inspiration to me.
There were two people [who were there for me]. No matter how many times we fight, we will always be in each others' lives. Miley Cyrus and I are strong headed. When we fight it's brutal and we're like, "We're never going to be friends again!" Then two days later, were like, "I love you and I miss you!" Selena Gomez and I, we never fight. She's not a confrontational person at all. Both of them will never leave my life no matter what happens, because we've been through so much together.
Lovato actually recorded two versions of “Skyscraper,” one version before she entered rehab and one after treatment. However, the original darker version is the one she decided to go with, “It just didn’t feel the same, so we kept the original one. For me it was…so symbolic, it being the song I recorded before treatment and yet it was providing a message…It represented what I’m trying to spread the word about: getting help and rising above any issues that [I and] my fans are dealing with.”
She is now opening up about her issues, she tells Ryan Seacrest in an interview for E! News: “I wasn’t going to continue to be alive if I continued to treat me body the way I was.”

She thinks not being treated for bipolar disorder caused most of her problems, “Just looking back, I was un-medicated for so many years and it led to so many problems, which eventually led to some of my biggest problems which were anorexia and bulimia and cutting.”

Before Lovato got help she remembers those awful times working on the track, “I was doubled over, just in pain. I remember thinking, ‘This is kind of my cry for help’ back then, because I hadn’t spoken to anyone about these issues.”

Tell your story through your music gurrlll! And if all else fails we can deal with some emo tweets. Lovato tells Seacrest, “it’s a daily journey and it’s definitely going to be a struggle that I’ll have to deal with for the rest of my life
I'm not gonna lie. I was self-medicating. I was doing things like drinking and using [drugs], like a lot of teens do to numb their pain. [But now] I don't drink, I don't do drugs, I don't throw up after my meals, I don't starve myself. There's nothing that I do that I feel ashamed of.
